Imagine your Thanksgiving Dinner is ready and you only need to bake and take your perfectly cooked turkey out of the oven and carve. We include a 12-14# Free Range Turkey Hen (we brine it for you); Spice rub, cranberry sauce, cornbread, mashed potatoes and turkey gravy. You also select four more sides of your choosing: acorn squash with caramel-raisin-spice, Caesar Salad, five cheese macaroni and cheese, apple-cranberry-pecan-cornflake stuffing or Italian stuffing with sausage and herbs, artichoke and spinach slather, balsamic green beans with ham, and pumpkin spice bread (contains pecans). Specify any four of these sides: ACORN, SALAD, MAC, APPLE-CRANBERRY, ITALIAN, ARTICHOKE, BEANS, or PUMPKIN in the comment section. It’s OK to double-up on the sides as long as the total is four. The sides are all ready to go, you only need to cook the bird! This scrumptious meal weighs in at over 20 pounds. We even include the roasting pan and great directions. This entrée can NOT be split.
